In the north there are mostly wide sandy beaches , which offer to the tourists all the comforts. In the south after Francavilla al Mare the scenery radically changes and the coast becomes rocky and wild, ideal for solitary tourists, who love the quietness of a little bay and the sight of a reach sea flora and fauna.

TREMITI ISLES

Departure from Montesilvano at 06.45 a.m. to Termoli ( by coach or minibus). Embarkation on S.Domino motor-ship and departure to Tremiti Isles at 09.00 a.m. Arrival at S.Nicola Isle ( one of the four isles which constitute the Tremiti’s archipelago) at 10.40 a.m.. S. Nicola is a beautiful historical centre where meets elements of medieval and Byzantine art, at the arrival is possible to visit the fortress and the church of the isle. After that there is the opportunity to make a sight- seeing by a little boat around the isles in order to admire the wonderful sea nature and most of all the caves which offer an extraordinary chromatic sight. At lunch time a halt IS made in San Domino isle, where visitors can have lunch in one of the fish restaurants of the isle or spend the time left on the only beach of Tremiti to swim in the crystalline sea. At 05.00 p.m. departure to Termoli and arrival to Montesilvano at about 08./09.00 p.m. .
